StudioNordelle provides creative services tailored to each project. Services may include, but are not limited to:

• AI-assisted commercial imagery

• Product and lifestyle visuals

• Brand visuals

• Advertising and campaign assets

• Social media content

• Website imagery

• Creative concepts

• Visual design services

The exact scope of each project is determined by the quotation, proposal or written agreement accepted by the client.

StudioNordelle reserves the right to decline enquiries or projects that:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations

• Infringe intellectual property rights

• Contain misleading, fraudulent or defamatory content

• Promote hate, violence or illegal activities

• Conflict with StudioNordelle's professional standards or values

The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate information necessary for the project.

Any material supplied by the client, including logos, trademarks, photographs, text or other content, must be owned by the client or used with appropriate permission.

StudioNordelle relies on information provided by the client and does not independently verify ownership or licensing of client-supplied material.

The client is responsible for reviewing deliverables before publication or commercial use and for confirming that the final material meets the intended requirements.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all quotations are provided without obligation and remain valid for the period stated in the quotation.

A project begins once the quotation or proposal has been accepted by the client.

Payment terms, pricing and any applicable deposit will be specified in the quotation, proposal or invoice.

Late payments may result in delayed delivery of services.

All intellectual property rights remain with their respective owners.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, StudioNordelle retains ownership of all concepts, drafts, working files, prompts, creative processes and materials created during the development of a project.

Upon full payment, the client receives the rights expressly granted in the applicable quotation, proposal or written agreement.

The licence granted to the client depends on the individual project and will be specified in writing where applicable.

Unless otherwise agreed, no intellectual property rights are transferred beyond the agreed licence.

The client may not resell, redistribute or claim authorship of material created by StudioNordelle unless expressly agreed in writing.

StudioNordelle creates AI-assisted visual content using professional artificial intelligence, editing and post-production tools. Every project is guided by creative direction and human review throughout the production process.

While StudioNordelle takes reasonable steps to create original and commercially suitable content, it cannot guarantee that AI-generated elements will always be entirely unique or free from similarities to existing publicly available material.

The client is responsible for reviewing and approving all deliverables before publication or commercial use.

The client is responsible for ensuring that all materials supplied to StudioNordelle may legally be used for the requested project.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Logos

• Trademarks

• Images

• Text

• Brand assets

• Reference material

The client confirms that all supplied materials are owned by the client or that the client has obtained all necessary rights, licences and permissions for their intended use.

StudioNordelle does not independently verify the ownership or licensing of client-supplied materials.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client is responsible for any claims, losses or liabilities arising from materials supplied by the client that infringe the rights of a third party.

The number of revisions, project timeline and final deliverables will be agreed before work begins, where applicable.

Additional revisions or changes requested after final approval may be subject to additional charges.

Delivery dates are estimates unless a specific deadline has been agreed in writing.

Limitation of Liability

StudioNordelle provides creative services with reasonable skill, care and professional judgement.

StudioNordelle cannot guarantee specific commercial, financial or marketing results from the use of its services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, StudioNordelle is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

Nothing in these Terms of Service excludes or limits liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law.

Information shared in connection with a project will be treated as confidential unless disclosure is required by law or agreed by the parties.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, StudioNordelle may display completed work as part of its portfolio, website or marketing materials.

Project files and client materials are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the project and provide any agreed revisions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, StudioNordelle aims to permanently delete project files and client materials within a reasonable period after the project has been completed and delivered.

As part of StudioNordelle's internal data management procedures, remaining project files are regularly reviewed and permanently removed to maintain data security and minimise unnecessary data retention.

Either party may terminate discussions or a proposed project before work has commenced.

If a project is terminated after work has begun, the client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the date of termination, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Norway.

Any dispute arising from these Terms of Service or the services provided by StudioNordelle shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Norwegian courts, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
